What you'll do:

• Own ambiguous,high-impactbusinessproblemsfrominitialquestionthroughrecommendationandexecution.
• Develophypothesesandanalyticalframeworksthatturnbroadquestionsintostructured,testable analyses.
• Launchnewproductfeaturesandcapabilities.
• Usedatatouncovertrends,identifyrootcauses,segment behavior,quantify opportunities,andevaluatetradeoffs.
• WriteSQLandworkwithlargedatasetstoindependentlyinvestigatebusinessquestionsratherthanrelyingsolelyonpre-built reporting.
• Buildbusinesscasesandsizeopportunities,including financial,operational,customer,andsellerimpact.
• Partner with Product,Operations,Finance,Data Science,and Engineeringtoturninsightsintochangesinproducts,policies,and processes.

What you'll bring:

• Strong
  structured problem-solving skills.
• Stronganalyticalskills,includingtheabilitytointerrogatedata,recognize patterns,test hypotheses,anddistinguishcorrelationfrommeaningfulbusinessdrivers.
• Workingproficiencyin
  SQL
  andcomfortindependentlyanalyzinglargedatasets.
  
  Experiencewithvisualizationoranalyticaltoolsishelpful.
• Strongbusinessjudgmentandtheabilitytoconnectanalyticalfindingsto
