The Senior Manageralsoleadsthedevelopmentandevolutionofsupplierengagementplatformsrelatedtohumanrightsandlivelihoods ,withaccountabilityforcapacitybuilding,measurement,learning,andcontinuousimprovement.

Weworkcollaborativelyacross Walmartandwithnonprofit,industry,andotherpartnerstodeveloppracticalapproachesthataddresscomplexsustainabilitychallengesandcreatepathwaysforlastingchange.
What you'll do:
Lead strategy,prioritization,andexecutionforsustainableproductionandsmallholdermarketaccess.
Developandmanagephilanthropicinvestmentstrategies,includinginvestmenttheses,partner selection,grant design,andperformancemanagement.
Leadmarketaccessinitiativesforsmallholderfarmersin Mexicoand Central Americaandsupportimplementationin India .Advancesustainabilityacross General Merchandiseproductionsystems ,integratinghumanrightsandworkerwell-beingwithwaste,circularity,climate,andnature.
Leadsupplierengagementplatformsrelatedtohumanrightsandlivelihoods,includingcapacitybuilding,measurement,and learning.
Partner across Walmartandwithexternalorganizationstotranslatestrategyintoaction,identifypathwaystoscale,anddrivemeasurableoutcomes.
What you’ll bring:
Experienceinsustainability,strategic grantmaking,social impact,international development,supply chain,merchandising strategy,orprogrammanagement.
Abilitytodeveloppracticalstrategiesanddriveexecutionacrosscomplex,cross-functional environments.
Experiencemanagingmulti-stakeholder initiatives,includingexternalpartnersandimplementers.
Experiencewithsmallholderfarmers,General Merchandisesupplychains,and/orrelevantsustainabilitytopics.
Strong analytical,communication,stakeholder management,andstructuredproblem-solving skills.
Abilitytodevelopmeasurementapproachesandtranslatedataandlearningintodecisions.
Astrategic,hands-on,outcome-oriented approach,withtheabilitytonavigatecomplexity,maketrade-offs,andturnstrategyintoaction.
