We are seeking a Construction Foreman for a full-time, on-site role located in Springdale, AR. The Construction Foreman will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Responsibilities include managing and training team members, inspecting and maintaining equipment, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring projects are completed to designated timelines.

• Proficiency in Concrete and hands-on experience with construction tools
• Strong leadership in Quality Control to ensure projects meet specifications and compliance standards
• Familiarity with Heavy Equipment operation and maintenance
• Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of Civil Engineering concepts as they relate to construction projects
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in supervising construction teams is preferred
• Relevant certifications and a valid driver’s license are advantageous
