Asphalt Paving Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Asphalt Crew Foreman to lead our paving team. In this role, you will direct daily on-site operations, ensuring all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality specifications. If you have proven leadership experience in asphalt paving and possess strong communication skills, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Manage: Supervise daily paving operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and hands-on crew management.
• Train & Mentor: Guide and mentor crew members to maintain a highly productive and positive team atmosphere.
• Quality Control: Oversee project execution to ensure all asphalt installation meets strict client and company specifications.
• Safety Enforcement: Maintain a safe working environment by strictly enforcing OSHA and company safety regulations, and ensuring all required safety documentation is completed.

Qualifications

• Experience:Minimum of 4 years of experience specifically in asphalt paving and crew management.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of asphalt materials, equipment operation, and paving best practices.
• Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
• Certifications: OSHA safety training and a valid driver's license (CDL preferred).
