• Welcome customers, process transactions, and address inquiries with a community‑centric approach.
• Handle account maintenance and make financial product recommendations tailored to individual needs.
• Serve as a "floater" to other Northwest Arkansas branch locations, collaborating closely with team members and participating in training sessions.
• Adhere to policies and maintain accountability in all transactions.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer‑service experience.
• Attention to detail for accurate transaction processing and cash handling.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service focus.
• Problem‑solving ability and adaptability to diverse banking scenarios.
• Ability to perform the essential physical and mental demands as described in the full job description.
