We're seeking a TEMP Packaging Production Designer to work onsite in Bentonville, Arkansas. Previous experience with private brands is highly preferred.

This role offers the opportunity to create impactful packaging that engages consumers. You will bring innovative ideas, strong production skills, and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) to manage projects from concept to final assets, ensuring each brand moment is flawless.

Job Responsibilities

Create compelling visual designs for packaging, overseeing the process from concept to production.

Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape in packaging design.

Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Manage design projects from inception to completion within deadlines.

Ensure all project specifications and branding guidelines are met.

Maintain expertise in substrates, printing processes, and die-lines.

Create mock-ups and final production assets.

Follow best practices in branding, layout, color, typography, and graphic design.

Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Perform quality checks on art files for accuracy and consistency.

Serve as the primary communication link between cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Qualifications for Temp Packaging Designer

3-5 years of experience in packaging design within private branding, retail, or agency settings.

Strong understanding of print packaging, production, and manufacturing requirements.

Portfolio showcasing packaging design and production samples; online link preferred.

Proficiency with Mac, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

Self-motivated, organized, and confident in communication.

Team-oriented with a focus on success.

This is a temporary, onsite role in Bentonville, AR. This position is not remote.
