** Crystal Bridges is a museum of American art located in Bentonville, Arkansas. We explore the unfolding story of America by actively collecting, exhibiting, interpreting, and preserving outstanding works that illuminate the American heritage and artistic possibilities. Founded by Alice Walton in 2005, the museum opened in 2011 and is a public, non-profit charitable organization with free admission.
The Momentary is a contemporary art space that opened to the public on February 22, 2020, in downtown Bentonville, Arkansas. The Momentary is a venue for the music, art, and food of our time, and a catalyst for creativity and economic vitality. An extension to Crystal Bridges, the Momentary is a ‘living room’ where community gathers to be inspired, connected, and joyful.

* Position Summary:
** The Museum Educator, Multigenerational Programs, at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and the Momentary (CBMO) leads the design and delivery of innovative, inclusive, and engaging programs for audiences of all ages. This full-time role supports a growing portfolio of multigenerational and youth initiatives across both campuses and plays a key role in developing and sustaining collaborations with community partners.
The Educator champions joyful learning, accessibility, and community connection through programs inspired by CBMO’s art, exhibitions, architecture, and natural surroundings. This role requires a deep understanding of childhood development, a commitment to inclusive practices (including neurodiverse engagement), and the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners. Flexibility to work evenings, holidays, and weekends is essential.
** Principal Responsibilities:
*** Design and implement new and existing youth programming ensuring alignment with institutional goals and audience needs.
* Serve as lead educator for youth programs and seasonal camps including curriculum development and classroom facilitation.
* Lead and support multigenerational events across both campuses such as Family Days, House Parties, exhibition openings, and other programs as assigned.
* Partner with the Community Engagement team to co-develop programs with community organizations.
* Support accessibility initiatives, including sensory-friendly spaces and programming for neurodiverse children.
* Contribute to the development of self-guided resources such as family guides and scavenger hunts.
* Assist with school break programming and drop-in engagements.
* Maintain accurate program documentation for planning, marketing, and evaluation purposes.
* Participate in program evaluation and assessment in collaboration with the Manager of Youth & Family Programs.
** Additional Responsibilities:
*** Support the training and onboarding of seasonal educators and volunteers.
* Contribute to reporting related to Multigenerational Programs and initiatives.
* Assist with space activations and informal learning environments across both campuses.
* Stay current on trends in childhood development, education, museum learning, and inclusive practices.
