We’re growing and seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead MEP designs from our Franklin, MA studio, with a focus on building a team and expanding our engineering program you have experience in consulting engineering, HVAC system design, and a solid understanding of mechanical/plumbing codes, this is a chance to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead MEP designs and manage projects.
- Build and support a team to serve the New England market.
- Collaborate with architects and structural engineers.
- Represent HFA at client meetings.
- Conduct site visits and verify field conditions.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial, office, or retail projects.
- Strong technical skills in mechanical and plumbing systems.
- Proven ability to produce construction documents.
- Leadership skills and experience in building a cohesive team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel regionally as needed.
