- Mandatory to have at least 2-3 years of recent working experience in RSA Clear Trust and Ping & RSA FIM federation
- Should be hands‑on in these skills and should be technically very strong
- Having additional skills like Centrify, RSA Clear Trust, PCI Access control, RSA Token would be an added advantage
- Should be willing to play the role of Individual contributor in addition to co‑ordination activities with offshore teams
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Should have at least two to three years of prior onsite experience
- Should be willing to relocate to Arkansas‑Bentonville
- Prior experience in working in an onsite‑offshore model
