• Lead and execute forecasting activities for Walmart U.S., consolidating and analyzing financial projections across all fulfillment channels.
• Serve as a strategic financial advisor to the SVP of Merchandise Finance, preparing robust financial analysis, scenario modeling, and recommending financial targets.
• Develop and present financial results, business performance metrics, and actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Conduct variance analysis, investigate business drivers, and provide clear recommendations to address risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives.
• Leverage digital tools and channels to enhance FP&A processes, reporting, and insights.
• Support community outreach and sustainability initiatives as part of Walmart’s broader mission.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance (or 6+ years relevant experience); MBA highly preferred.
• Deep expertise in strategic FP&A, with a focus on long‑term planning, forecasting, and analysis in a large‑scale, complex environment.
• Proven experience leading and completing cross‑functional projects, ideally within a Fortune 100 finance organization.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to synthesize insights from various sources and drive business performance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex insights to senior leadership and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence without authority, aligning cross‑functional teams around common goals.
• High attention to detail, organizational discipline, and a sense of ownership, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
