Position Summary
The VAT Manager will play a key role in managing the company’s indirect tax affairs, with a focus on value-added tax (VAT) compliance, advisory support, and strategic initiatives. This role ensures that the organization meets its domestic and international VAT obligations while optimizing tax efficiency and mitigating risk.
What you'll do- VAT Advisory Support:
Provide expert advice to business units on VAT implications for transactions, new initiatives, and business changes. - Compliance Management:
Oversee and ensure accurate, timely VAT filings and related compliance across jurisdictions. - Legislative Analysis:
Monitor, interpret, and implement changes in VAT legislation to ensure the business remains compliant and up to date. - Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Partner closely with internal teams including Finance, Legal, and Operations to identify and manage VAT risks and opportunities. - Risk Management:
Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of VAT-related risks across business operations. - Process Improvement:
Enhance VAT processes through automation and technology adoption, improving accuracy and efficiency. - Training & Knowledge Sharing:
Educate and support internal stakeholders on VAT requirements and updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field and 2 years’ experience in accounting, finance, income tax compliance, or related area.
- 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, income tax compliance, or related area.
- Leading cross-functional projects
- License to practice law in at least one state
- Supervisory experience

CompensationThe annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
