Base pay: $51.00/hr - $57.00/hr
We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Occupational Therapist to join our growing team at Fusion Therapy Center in a hybrid travel role. This therapist will provide care to children at partner daycares, preschools, and schools in the mornings, and treat patients in our pediatric outpatient clinic in the afternoons. This unique position combines the flexibility of fieldwork with the resources and collaboration of a top‑tier clinic setting.

Employment StructureYou will be hired as a W‑2 employee, meaning payroll taxes and benefits are handled by us. Compensation is based on billable hours, allowing for transparency and flexibility while rewarding productivity and excellence in care.
Typical Schedule- Morning (AM):
Travel to assigned partner daycares, preschools, or schools to provide on‑site pediatric therapy. - Afternoon (PM):
Return to the clinic to treat outpatients, complete documentation, and collaborate with your therapy team.
Travel locations are coordinated to minimize drive time and maximize treatment opportunities. Travel time between scheduled locations is included in your workday.

- Evaluate clients to determine eligibility for occupational therapy services.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child’s needs and goals.
- Provide therapy in partner childcare settings (daycares, preschools, schools) and in the clinic.
- Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and clinic staff to ensure carryover and continuity of care.
- Educate families and staff on home or classroom strategies and adaptive equipment.
- Document patient progress and treatment in accordance with clinic policies and deadlines.
- Communicate consistently with the care team and maintain coordination between off‑site and clinic services.
- Represent Fusion Therapy Center professionally in all partner‑site interactions.
- Proven experience as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, caregivers, and families.
- Knowledge of OT principles, early childhood development, and sensory integration.
- Comfort and professionalism working in community and school‑based environments.
- Self‑motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Valid OT license (or anticipated licensure date).
- Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work with diverse patient personalities and care needs.
- Continuous drive to learn and stay current with new treatment practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
