• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans with meaningful, measurable goals
• Provide direct therapy using a play-based, neuro-affirming, child‑led approach
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in the EMR
• Participate in professional development, mentorship, and community events

• Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state SLP license (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical skills in pediatrics
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A genuine passion for empowering children and supporting families
