This opportunity is a great fitWe are looking for independently licensed clinical therapists interested in providing culturally responsive, evidence‑based therapy for children, adults, couples, and/or families. Clinicians with experience managing a spectrum of mental‑health needs, from milder presentations to more complex and severe support, are encouraged to apply. The ideal provider is motivated to work with well‑matched clients, enjoys administrative and marketing support, and prefers easy invoicing with quick payments.
Prior in‑person care delivery and office space in Bentonville or Little Rock, Arkansas are preferred, and full‑time US residency is required.
- Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)
- Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license without current, past, or pending disciplinary action
- Experience and commitment to evidence‑based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement‑based care, promoting skills practice)
- Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families with a strong preference for in‑person care delivery
- Must have office space with ability to see clients in the Arkansas area
- Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises as needed
