Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness Center, managed by Health Fitness, is looking for a Massage Therapist to join the whole health team at our state‑of‑the‑art facility in Bentonville, Arkansas (AR).

Looking to fill these shifts:
Saturday 8a-5p, Sunday 10a-4p.

Responsible for administering professional massage services to a wide variety of members and guests.

• Perform numerous massage modalities and adjust delivery mode to address the needs of each customer.
• Have a general understanding of body treatments and be willing and able to learn the products and services provided.
• Be willing and capable to deliver on‑site chair massage in a corporate setting (incidental travel, set‑up and tear down) in addition to a spa‑like environment within a fitness center.
• Function as an active member of an integrated health and wellness team and support department‑wide events and strategies.

• Massage Therapy License for the state of Arkansas required.
• Adult & pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
• 2+ years of massage therapy experience required.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
• Experience in sports massage techniques.
• Good communication skills; listening and verbal.

This is a commission only position.
