The Role
We’re hiring TWO Contract Licensed Mental Health Counselors to provide a mix of in-person and telehealth services. As an independent contractor, you’ll manage a clinical caseload while collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary team to support meaningful client progress.
- Trauma therapy (
EMDR preferred
) - Hypnotherapy
- Work with teens and tweens
- Relationship / couples counseling
Responsibilities
- Individual, family, and group counseling
- Intake and diagnostic assessments
- Treatment planning and case coordination
- Accurate, timely documentation
- Team collaboration and patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Fully licensed in Arkansas (no supervision status)
- Minimum 2 years of counseling experience
- Excellent communication, empathy, and organization
- Strong treatment planning and case-management skills
- Knowledge of evidence-based approaches
