Pay$45.00 - $62.00 per hour

For children receiving physical, occupational, or speech therapy, incorporating equine movement can create highly engaging, meaningful, and effective treatment opportunities. We believe every child has limitless potential and use the horse's movement as a therapeutic tool to support improved outcomes across a wide range of ages and abilities.
Our clinic offers physical, occupational, and speech equine‑assisted therapy in a nurturing, collaborative, and family‑centered environment, empowering children and their families with the skills they need to succeed at home, in school, and within their communities.
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. The OT will evaluate, plan, and provide individualized treatment for children with a variety of needs, including gross motor development, gait training, strength, balance, coordination, endurance, and functional mobility.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations and re‑evaluations using standardized and clinical assessment tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Provide direct equine‑assisted therapy sessions using evidence‑based, play‑centered approaches.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in the EMR system.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and community outreach as needed.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state OT license (or eligibility for licensure).
- Pediatric experience preferred; willingness to grow into pediatric specialty required.
- Horse knowledge and experience with horses preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential.
