Equine Assisted Occupational Therapist Assistant
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Our clinic offers physical, occupational, and speech equine‑assisted therapy in a nurturing, collaborative, and family‑centered environment, empowering children and their families with the skills they need to succeed at home, in school, and within their communities.
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our growing team OT will evaluate, plan, and provide individualized treatment for children with a variety of needs, including gross motor development, gait training, strength, balance, coordination, endurance, and functional mobility.
Key Responsibilities- Implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Provide direct equine‑assisted therapy sessions using evidence‑based, play‑centered approaches.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Complete documentation requirements in the EMR system.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and community outreach as needed.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state COTA license (or eligibility for licensure).
- Pediatric experience preferred; willingness to grow into pediatric specialty required.
- Horse knowledge and experience with horses preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential.
