Senior Talent Acquisition Partner-Corporate Functions

Base pay range

$80,000.00 / yr – $ / yr

Responsibilities
  • Lead a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that includes sourcing, interviewing and hiring.
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, HR and key business stakeholders to ensure hiring goals are met.
  • Be regarded as a trusted and knowledgeable partner by having a strong understanding of target talent markets.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of talent for current and future needs.
  • Deliver a seamless, high‑touch candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Comply with all federal, state regulations concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience sourcing and recruiting top talent; experience recruiting human resources professionals a plus.
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Track record of driving results in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Work Day and other Applicant Tracking Systems.
Minimum Qualifications

Option 1:
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.

Option 2: 4 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

Human Resources – Professional HR (PHR) certification.
