• Strategic Leadership

  Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and other advanced technologies to streamline recruiting processes, improve candidate experience, and increase hiring efficiency.
• Build vs. Buy Proposals
  :
  Develop and evaluate build‑vs‑buy proposals for technology solutions, ensuring that decisions are data‑driven, cost‑effective, and aligned with long‑term strategic goals.
• Talent Acquisition Solutions
  :
  Identify and implement new tools and platforms for enhancing talent acquisition workflows, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  Work closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure the talent acquisition strategy aligns with overall organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate with data science teams to develop predictive analytics for talent acquisition and workforce planning.

• Proven experience (10+ years) in talent acquisition leadership roles, with a strong background in HR Tech Stack, innovation, and automation.
• Expertise in AI, machine learning, and automation tools within the recruiting and talent management space.
• Strong track record in developing and implementing build‑vs‑buy strategies for HR technologies.
• Experience leading large, cross‑functional teams (i.e., Product Management, Engineering) and working with senior leaders across the organization.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, global environment, managing complex, large‑scale initiatives.
