Technologist Manager Airtable

We are seeking a seasoned Technologist with managerial experience and specialized expertise in Airtable-based solutions.

This role involves streamlining, upgrading, and managing Airtable products while leading cross-functional teams and delivering scalable, automated workflows.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of Airtable scripting, integration, and data management.

• Design and manage Airtable bases, automations, and integrations.
• Architect end-to-end workflows and scalable data processing solutions.
• Automate data integrity processes using advanced cleansing techniques and fuzzy logic.
• Collaborate with multi-vendor, multi-cultural distributed teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure robust documentation and adherence to best practices in data management and automation.
• Develop applications and select appropriate technical options to optimize development and performance.
• Interpret application/component designs and develop accordingly.
• Validate results with users and integrate the overall solution.
• Manage project risks, defects, and ensure compliance with standards and guidelines.
• Contribute to design documentation, configuration management, and release processes.
• Interface with customers to clarify requirements and present design options.
• Mentor team members, set goals, and ensure team engagement and performance.

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Airtable, including base design, automation, and integration.
• Solid understanding of database concepts and data management.
• Experience with integration tools and platforms.
• Proven ability to create custom, scalable workflows and automate user actions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working in complex, distributed team environments.

• Experience in technical leadership roles involving Airtable or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise messaging systems.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Strong documentation and client-facing communication skills.
