We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js to develop user interface components and ensure the robustness and maintainability of web applications.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating design wireframes into high-quality code and collaborating across teams to deliver sophisticated and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new user-facing features using React.js and Node.js.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, performant code.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of web-capable devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across application layers.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Support project execution and delivery in alignment with business requirements.
- Contribute to design documentation, testing plans, and configuration management.
- Assist in defect management, release processes, and performance optimization.
- Mentor team members and support their technical growth and engagement.
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
- Experience with React.js workflows such as Flux or Redux.
- Familiarity with modern ECMAScript specifications.
- Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms (e.g., JSON Web Token).
- Experience with front-end build tools such as Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong debugging, benchmarking, and optimization skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
- Proficiency in software development lifecycle and integrated development environments (IDE).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
- Familiarity with domain-specific design and architecture.
- Exposure to rapid application development (RAD) and modeling technologies.
- Experience with interface definition languages (IDL).
- Broad knowledge of customer domain and deep understanding of sub-domain challenges.
