Product Manager

Client is forming its first centralized data product team, aiming to unify and standardize data assets across six international markets. This strategic initiative replicates the mature data product model already successful in Client. The team is hiring two roles—a Lead Product Manager and a Senior Product Manager—to drive the design and development of reusable, scalable data marts that enable operational, analytics, data science, and AI capabilities across multiple regions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product management for one or more strategic data products/domains.
• Define intake processes, scope, roadmap, and quarterly planning.
• Collaborate with international teams (e.g., Mexico, Canada) to identify reusable components.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data marts.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Prioritize development activities and track progress using Jira.
• Partner with change managers and leadership to align product strategy with market goals.
• Evaluate opportunities for standardization and automation across regions.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and product vision for long-term success.

• Strong product-oriented mindset and ownership attitude.
• Experience in product management, preferably data product management.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-like settings.
• Familiarity with Jira for task tracking and agile project management.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and business teams across geographies.
• Strong consultative thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience in data governance frameworks and practices.
• Background in analytics or business intelligence.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
• Previous experience working at or with Client is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of building or managing data marts or similar centralized data products.
