We are looking for a Full Stack Staff Engineer with strong expertise in .NET, Angular, Oracle PL/SQL, Azure, Kafka, and Databricks to lead the modernization and end-to-end development of an Inventory Management and ERP platform integrated with Store POS systems.

• Reverse engineer legacy .NET/Angular applications and document current-state architecture.
• Design future-state solutions aligned with business and technology goals.
• Analyze complex Inventory, ERP, and POS workflows and create detailed process maps, use cases, and specs.
• Develop comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements for engineering teams.
• Support QA through end-to-end and integration testing.
• Monitor systems using observability dashboards and provide production support.
• Lead cross-functional teams and own product lifecycle from design to deployment.

• 7+ years in solution architecture, business analysis, or full-stack development.
• Strong experience with .NET, Angular, Oracle PL/SQL, Azure services, Kafka, and modern integration patterns.
• Experience with ERP, Inventory, or Retail/POS systems preferred.
• Ability to document workflows, design diagrams, technical specs, and requirements.
• Strong debugging, QA validation, and production support skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
