* Develop and Deliver Training:
Create impactful training programs for Scintilla clients, enhancing their use of solutions and strengthening their business relationships with Walmart.
* Engage with Clients:
Work with a wide range of clients, focusing on subscribers and basic users of Scintilla data.
* Collaborate with Teams:
Partner with account management and internal teams to support supplier training.
* Create Webinar Content:
Design engaging webinar content on main topics like Merchandising, Replenishment, and Business Analytics.
* Facilitate Deep Dives:
Conduct in-depth sessions to help Scintilla users maximize data use in their roles.
* Tell Data Stories:
Use your data storytelling skills to help clients understand and apply data insights.
* 4+ years of experience teaching or training others how to use data or products.
* 2+ years of experience in Walmart Merchandising, Merchandising Operations, Category Insights, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Modular Planning, Assortment Analytics, or Supplier account teams.
* You are a data storyteller with advanced Excel experience (can perform complex functions).
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
* Experience finding new and unconventional ways to approach data.
* Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and presentations, to engage a wide array of audiences.
* Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic environments.
