• Lead a team of design researchers to deliver high-impact insights that inform the experience strategy for members and associates
• Facilitate workshops to define research goals, select methodologies, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence decisions and drive measurable outcomes across various channels
• Manage aspects of the employee lifecycle including talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management
• Communicate complex research findings clearly and succinctly to stakeholders at various levels

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing researchers or leading a research team
• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Human Factors, UX, Behavioral Science, Information Science, Social Sciences, or a related field
• 8+ years of UX, CX, or Service Design Research experience, or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years conducting qualitative research, including interviews and ethnography
• Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with senior leadership

• 6+ years applying research methods that influence strategic direction and detailed design execution
• Experience in large-scale technology-driven ecosystems or enterprise/B2B environments
• Design Thinking Certification from recognized programs
• Background or understanding of AI/ML and natural language experiences
• Experience managing global customer insights programs
