What you'll do:

• Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify analytics objectives and develop research plans addressing key business challenges.
• Lead and mentor a team to execute advanced analytics projects, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and prototypes to drive actionable business insights and value.
• Manage end-to-end project work streams, ensuring risk mitigation and alignment with strategic goals.
• Present data-driven recommendations to inform functional initiatives and support decision-making.
• Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver consultative solutions.
• Promote continuous learning and innovation within the team to enhance analytics capabilities.

• Proven expertise in advanced analytics and data-driven decision making to address complex business challenges.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in building, coaching, and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end projects, including model development, prototype implementation, and risk management.
