About the team:
The Global Logistics Operations Automation team leads technology-driven transformation across Walmart’s worldwide logistics network. Combining deep operational expertise with advanced automation, the team simplifies complex processes and addresses operational challenges to enable scalable solutions. Collaborating closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, and business partners, the team translates business needs into effective technology strategies. Their focus includes streamlining workflows, accelerating automation adoption, and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, visibility, compliance, and execution throughout end-to-end global logistics operations.

• Represent Global Logistics :Bringanend-to-endGLperspectiveto Cross Borderdecisionsandpriorities .
• OwnRequirementsandBRDs:Leaddiscoveryanddevelopactionablebusinessrequirementsfor Product and Technology .
• Connect Requirements:Align Cross Border Operations ,U.S.business,Transportation,Customs,andGLrequirements.
• Ownand Prioritize the Backlog :Managerequirementsanddriveprioritizationbasedonbusinessvalue,risk,dependencies,andscale.
• Drive Implementation:Resolverequirementchangesandvalidatedeliveredcapabilities.
• Challenge and Simplify:Identifyprocessversustechnologygapsandreducecomplexity.
• Thinkfor Scale:Ensurerequirementssupportscalableimport/export flows,markets,business models,and futuregrowth.
