What you'll do:

• Ownend-to-endanalyticsformajor
  
  Walmart+Acquisitionsprogramsandinitiativelaunchesthroughtracking,reporting,testing,andpost-launchdeepdives.
• Designandanalyzeexperiments(A/Btests,quasi-experiments,holdouts) toevaluateacquisitionlevers,membervaluepropositions,andlifecycleinterventions.
• Leveragebothadvancedanalyticsanddatasciencetechniquestoreachatrue“why”understanding.
• Bringinsightsunprompted.
  
  Proactivelyminethedatatosurfaceopportunities,risks,and“thingswe’dwanttosee”
• BuildKPIs,dashboards,andperformancetrackingthatgivethebusinessaclear,trustedviewofperformance
• Translatecomplexanalysesintoclear,compellingnarrativesthatinfluencecross-functionalstakeholdersandseniorleadership.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in advanced analytics, data science, and predictive modeling to drive business results.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques to support data-driven decision making.
• Expertise in managing complex projects end-to-end, including risk assessment and mitigation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to develop strategic business solutions.
• Demonstrated capability in developing and implementing data models and algorithms for business impact.
• Excellent communication skills to translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations.
