Role summary: The Manager, Advanced Analytics leads the development and execution of data-driven payment strategies to address complex business challenges across global marketplaces. This role partners with leadership to define analytics objectives, deliver actionable insights, and guide decision-making across business areas. The manager oversees project execution and ensures the successful implementation of advanced models and prototypes. Collaborating cross-functionally, this position drives continuous improvement and innovation while maintaining accountability and integrity.

The role requires analytical expertise, data-driven decision making, and effective stakeholder engagement to support strategic initiatives and deliver measurable business value.

• Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify analytics objectives and develop actionable research plans supporting strategic initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end project work streams, including financial losses assessment and implementation of data-driven business solutions.
• Develop and validate complex data models and algorithms to drive measurable business value.
• Oversee prototype development and testing, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver consultative analytics insights and support decision-making.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to align analytics efforts with organizational priorities.

• Proven expertise in advanced analytics and data-driven decision making to address complex business challenges.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages for data management and model development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, including financial risk management and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience in building business intelligence solutions and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Accountability and commitment to ethical standards and continuous improvement.
