About the team:
The Product Security team focuses on enhancing security automation, visibility, and governance within developer and security workflows. This role supports Application Security Posture Management (ASPM), SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM), and related capabilities to ensure risk-aligned, consistent, and scalable security across Walmart’s application ecosystem. Collaborating closely with developers, engineering, product, and business teams, the team integrates secure‑by‑design principles, aligns security tooling, and improves security outcomes.

• Owntheday-to-day support,administration,configuration,integration,andoperationalhealthofASPM,SSPM,andrelatedsecurityplatforms.
• Partner with Application Securityteamstoalign Product Securitytoolingwithexisting App Sec capabilities ,standards,workflows,androadmaps,minimizingunnecessaryoverlapandidentifyingopportunitiesforconsolidationorintegration.
• Definetechnicalrequirements,usecases,success criteria,andevaluationmethodsforsecuritytooling;leadproofsofconceptanddocumentrecommendationsbasedonsecurityvalue,scalability,integration fit,operational effort,andtotalcostconsiderations.
• IntegrateASPMandSSPMplatformswithsourcecodemanagement,CI/CD,ticketing,vulnerability management,identity,cloud,andsecuritysystemstoimprovecontext,automation,andremediationworkflows.
