• Analyzemerchandisesalesdataandindustrytrendstoinformsupplyplanningdecisionsandoptimizeinventorylevels.
• Developandexecutereplenishmentplansincollaborationwith Merchandising,Finance,Supply Chain,and Operation steams.
• Monitorsupplierperformance,provide feedback,andimplementcorrectiveactionstoensuresupplyreliabilityandefficiency.
• Leveragedigitaltoolsanddataanalyticstoidentifyrootcausesofsupplyissuesanddrivecontinuousprocessimprovements.
• Communicateeffectivelywithcross-functionalpartnerstoalignstrategiesandresolveoperationalchallenges.
• Supportfinancialplanningbyanalyzingprofitandlossimpactsrelatedtosupplyandinventorymanagement.

• Proven expertise in supply chain management and replenishment planning with a strong focus on operational efficiency.
• Advanced data analysis skills to interpret business performance metrics and drive strategic decision-making.
• Solid financial management knowledge, including profit and loss insights and cost optimization strategies.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally to resolve supply issues and improve supplier performance.
• Ability to leverage digital tools and emerging data sources to enhance forecasting and inventory management.
• Strong business partnering skills to communicate insights and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization within supply planning functions.
