The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management, oversees end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure efficient merchandise flow across distribution networks and fulfillment centers. This role involves analyzing data to optimize processes, managing supplier and partner relationships, and driving continuous improvements in supply chain execution. The position requires leadership in resolving operational challenges, coordinating cross-functional teams, and implementing strategies that align with sales, inventory, and profitability goals.
The role also includes supervising associates, fostering performance development, and supporting company policies to maintain high standards of integrity and operational excellence.
About the team:
The team collaborates closely with Walmart, Club Operations, Merchandising, and Replenishment partners to identify and implement supply chain optimization opportunities. They lead initiatives that enhance merchandise flow and operational efficiency across multiple business units. Focused on driving continuous improvement, the team manages end-to-end supply chain processes, resolves escalations, and supports performance management. By leveraging data analysis and cross-functional coordination, they ensure alignment with business goals while promoting effective communication and operational excellence.
This team plays a critical role in advancing supply chain strategies that support overall company success.
What you'll do:

- Analyzedataandleadrootcauseinvestigationstoresolveshipping,receiving,inventory,andreturnissues.
- Overseerelationshipswithexternalpartners,ensuringcompliancewithcompanystandardsandperformanceexpectations.
- Drivesupplychainprocessimprovementsbyidentifyingopportunitiestoreducecostsandenhanceservicelevels.
- Collaboratewithstakeholderstoalignsupplychainexecutionwithsales,inventory,andprofitabilitygoals.
- Supportbusinessplansbyremovingobstacles,measuring progress,andadaptingstrategiesaccordingly.
- Proven leadership experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations and driving process improvements.
- Strong expertise in supply chain planning, optimization, and execution to meet sales, inventory, and profitability goals.
- Ability to analyze complex data and perform root cause analysis to resolve supply chain disruptions and exceptions.
- Skilled in collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Experience developing and implementing business plans, setting performance standards, and managing multiple projects.
- Demonstrated capability to mentor, coach, and develop high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
