What you'll do:

• Negotiatecontracttermswithvendorstoensurecostcontainmentandalignmentwithprogramobjectives.
• Overseesupplierworkloadprioritizationandmaintaineffectivecommunicationchannelsforcontractschedulesandtechnicalinformation.
• Evaluateandimprovecontractingprocessesbybenchmarkingandcollaboratingwithinternalandexternalstakeholders.
• Coordinatecontractawards,documentation,andvendornotifications.
• Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithkeystakeholderstosupportbusinessneedsandinitiatives.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in vendor relationship management and contract compliance within complex procurement environments.
• Strong ability to manage multiple databases and tracking tools to ensure accuracy of project deadlines and supplier schedules.
• Expertise in negotiating contract terms and overseeing supplier workload aligned with program objectives and timelines.
• Demonstrated skills in process improvement, benchmarking, and implementing best practices in procurement and contracting.
• Proficiency with procurement software and databases such as SAP, spreadsheets, and forecasting tools.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership capabilities including mentoring, coaching, and developing team members.
