Position Summary
Senior Manager, Innovation – lead the next evolution of Health and Wellness and beyond in Pharmacy Merchandising. This role drives data‑driven, repeatable solutions that reduce manual effort and unlock growth opportunities. Based in Bentonville, AR, the position reports to the Senior Director of Pharmacy Merchandising Enablement.
What you’ll do
- Lead medium to large‑scale innovation projects that are strategic and align with RX Merchandising direction.
- Identify and deploy AI‑driven insights and automation to enhance decision‑making, improve operational execution, and reduce manual effort across end‑to‑end workflows.
- Partner with Product to develop the roadmap and lead strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long‑term growth opportunities.
- Develop repeatable, systemic processes that minimize manual intervention and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Manage responsibilities in the greater Serialization project, ensuring governance, compliance, and technology alignment.
- Supervise associates and vendor partners operating within our space, ensuring accountability and alignment to project goals.
- Identify and develop new opportunities within Serialization, leveraging data and insights to drive strategic growth for the business.
- Champion a culture of innovation, exploring new ways to expand the impact of Serialization and RX Merchandising.
What you’ll bring
- Project management skills, experience leading medium‑to‑large scale initiatives from conception to execution.
- 1+ years of experience in process optimization, with a focus on automating workflows and minimizing manual interventions.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross‑functionally and influence key stakeholders.
- An innovation‑focused approach, with a passion for exploring new ways to expand market opportunities within RX Merchandising.
- Experience leading teams and managing vendor relationships.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Science, or related field and 4 years’ experience in program management, operations management, design innovation, financial analysis, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in program management, operations management, design innovation, financial analysis, or related area.
- 2 years’ experience using Microsoft Office.
- 2 years’ supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Managing a budget, profit and loss statement, or related financial process.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field such as Project Management, Compliance, Operations Management, or related area.
- Project Management Certification.
