What you'll do at
Join the Homepage Team as the leader of strategy and optimization. Partner with product, UX, and engineering to ideate, test, and implement new features and functionality to solidify as customers favorite site to shop.
You'll make an impact by:- Lead site planning and optimization process through data driven analysis and customer insights (macro trends, customer data, and search trends).
- Develop strategic direction and guiding principles to ensure a consistent experience balanced with flexibility for new activations.
- Establish measurable KPIs for all components of the Homepage experience inclusive of creative content performance, membership activation, and more.
- Build strategies to deliver and exceed KPI goals including customer click through, add-to-carts and content attributed revenue; report performance results to senior leadership weekly.
- Ideate, develop and launch new features in partnership with product, engineering and UX teams, informed by user research, and proven via A/B testing.
- Gain buy‑in from cross‑functional partners and leadership teams through clear communication and content strategy presentations.
- You obsess over the customer, creating impact through flawless customer experiences that drive engaging, relevant content.
- You believe in and prioritize the collective success of the team and are quick to jump in, help, mentor, and coach your fellow team members.
- You’re a thought leader who takes strategic direction and infuses it into our process implementation to earn trust at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience in Business or related field.
- 3 – 5 years related experience in Business Operations, Program Management, or e Commerce.
- Masters degree in Business or related field;
Project Management certification.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00‑$. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
