What you'll do:

• Shapeandleadthetransformationof Walmart’sfutureassortmentandspaceexperience,turningstrategicvisionintoexecutableprioritiesandcapabilities.
• Orchestrate complex,cross-functionalworkacross
  
  Merchandising,Product,Technology,andDataSciencefromstrategythroughdeliveryandadoption.
• Translatemerchantneedsandbusinessproblemsintoclearrequirements,priorities,andscalablesolutions.
• Connectcapabilitiesacrossorganizationalboundariestocreateaseamlessend-to-endmerchantexperienceandeliminatemanualhandoffs.
• Establishstrongoperatingrhythms,measuresofsuccess,andgovernancetoacceleratedecisions,manage dependencies,anddriveaccountability.
• Lead,develop,andinspireahigh-performingteamwhilebuildingstrongpartnershipsacrosstheenterprise.
