Weworkcross-functionallywithmerchants,quality,sourcing,regulatory,andsupplierpartnerstodevelopcategorystrategies,launchnewproducts,andcontinuouslyenhanceourportfolio.
Thisroleplaysacriticalpartindrivinggrowth,strengtheningsupplierpartnerships,andbringingmember-focusedinnovationtomarket.
What you'll do:
- Leadproductdevelopmentandinnovationfor Baking,Spices,andCondimentswithinthe
Member'sMarkportfolio. - Partnerwithsuppliersandcross-functionalteamstodevelop,reformulate,andcommercializeproductsthatmeetquality,cost,andmemberexpectations.
- Identifycategorytrends,consumer insights,andwhitespaceopportunitiestodrivegrowthanddifferentiation.
- Manageproductspecifications,quality improvements,andissueresolutionthroughouttheproductlifecycle.
- Mentoranddevelopteammemberswhileinfluencingstrategicbusinessdecisionsandcategorydirection
- Experiencedevelopingshelf-stablefoodproducts,preferablywithinbakingingredients,spices,seasonings,condiments,orrelatedcategories.
- Strongknowledgeoffoodformulation,manufacturing processes,ingredient functionality,and commercialization.
- Provenabilitytoleadcomplexcross-functionalprojectsandmanageexternalsupplierrelationships.
- Experienceusingconsumerinsights,market trends,anddatatodriveproductinnovationandbusinessresults.
- Demonstratedleadershipexperiencedevelopingtalentandinfluencingstakeholdersacrossmultiplefunctions.
