• Developandexecuteproductstrategiesandroadmapsalignedwithcustomerneeds,business objectives,andbrandpositioning.
• Partnercloselywith Designtoelevateproductaesthetics,materials,finishes,construction,functionality,andoverallcustomerappeal.
• Championproductinnovationtoimprovequality,craftsmanship,performance,andvalue.
• Applytechnicalexpertisetodeveloprobustproductspecifications,reducedevelopmentiterations&acceleratespeedtomarket.
• Drivecontinuousimprovementacrossproductdevelopmentprocesses,tools,andtechnicalcapabilities.
• Influencecross-functionalpartnersthroughcompellingproductpresentations&data-driven recommendations.

What you'll bring:

• 4–6+yearsofproductdevelopmentexperiencewithin

• Demonstratedabilitytotranslateconsumeranddesigntrendsintocommerciallysuccessfulproductsthatdeliverstyle,quality,functionality,andvalue.
• Strongtechnicalunderstandingofmaterials,construction methods,manufacturing processes,and commercialization.
• Experiencedevelopingprivatebrandand/ornationalbrandconsumerproducts,ideallyacrossmultiple
  
  Homecategories.
• Strongabilitytoanalyzecustomerinsights,market trends,andcompetitiveproductstoidentifyopportunitiesanddevelopdifferentiatedassortments.
