As the Manager, Process Improvement, you will lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement across business functions. You will manage projects, engage stakeholders, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize workflows and support strategic objectives. About the team:
The Facility Services Plumbing Team supports Walmart and Sam's Club facilities nationwide by managing plumbing maintenance, repairs, infrastructure, and strategic programs. The team focuses on plumbing asset lifecycle management, preventative and reactive maintenance, compliance, and large-scale projects. Combining technical expertise, field experience, and data-driven decision-making, the team collaborates with technicians, operations, construction, suppliers, and service providers to address complex plumbing challenges.

Their goals include reducing reactive maintenance, enhancing asset performance, expanding self-performance capabilities, and developing scalable preventative solutions implemented consistently across thousands of locations.
What you'll do:
