General Laborer (Helper) – National Assemblers Inc.

National Assemblers provides professional assembly services to large retail stores across the country. As a Helper, you will assist our trained and Certified Assembly Technicians. You will be expected to open, un-package and organize a minimum of 8 items per hour for the Assembler Technician. Items will include bikes, grills, etc. Helpers are paid $15.00/hour, or the minimum wage of the Helper's home state, whichever is higher.

• Assist assembly technicians in assembling products such as bikes, grills, and other retail items.
• Open, unpack, and organize a minimum of 8 items per hour.
• Follow safety and quality standards while working with the team.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and communicate effectively with assemblers, schedulers, trainers, and store personnel.
• Manage local and out-of-town travel as required, ensuring reliable transportation and timely attendance at work.

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation for local and out-of-town travel and be responsible for getting yourself to work each day.
• Out-of-town travel may be required; local travel usually 5-50 miles.
• Must have regular internet access and access the National Assemblers website daily to schedule, process work orders, and record payment.
• PC or laptop required to access all website features; smartphones or tablets are acceptable if regular internet access is available.
• Must be reliable, honest, and dedicated; able to work well with assemblers, schedulers, trainers, and store personnel; flexible with changes during the workday; conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times; and have excellent communication skills.
