Base pay range: $92,000 – $100,000 per year.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced ecommerce marketer who is eager to help accelerate marketplaces performance. This remote role will focus on driving growth of the Marketplace channel while providing a positive shopping experience for customers, with a predominant focus on continuous acceleration of Amazon and Walmart performance.

• Assist in managing the day‑to‑day responsibilities associated with Amazon and Walmart Marketplace, with potential expansion into other marketplaces.
• Reply to all notices and reviews submitted on products.
• Partner with operations to ensure fulfillment of all inventory needs for FBA while avoiding long‑term storage fees, nuisance, and chargebacks.
• Monitor and maintain Brand Registry.
• Partner with internal teams, agencies, and marketplace vendors to ensure products are accurately priced and described.
• Focus on increasing traffic through marketing tools and promotions.
• Uncover and execute new initiatives that improve customer experience and increase overall business.
• Proactively identify product, service, and marketplace issues and resolve them accordingly.
• Track daily and weekly channel performance metrics and propose strategies to improve these metrics.
• Coordinate with brand teams to create promotional assets, test deals, and troubleshoot errors.
• Review inventory reports to identify products needing special attention.
• Assist the inventory team with demand planning and forecasting.
• Conduct competitor research regarding pricing and sales strategies.
• Explore creatively and share or implement ideas for company growth.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest marketplace changes.

• Passion for ecommerce and marketplaces marketing.
• 2–5 years of professional experience and 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Amazon Vendor and Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center.
• Knowledge of digital marketing functions beyond merchandising, including marketing and analytics.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships across functional areas.
• Excellent written, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Quantitative and curious mindset.
• Self‑starter, creative thinker, and problem solver.
• Team player with excellent communication skills – comfortable leading and engaging key stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
• Demonstrated sense of priority, reliability, and flexibility.
