Job Description – Operating Room Circulator RN (Travel Contract)
Location: Bentonville, Arkansas 72712
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Pay Rate: $43/hour
Shift: Days (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM) + on‑call requirements

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Circulator RN for a travel assignment in Bentonville, Arkansas. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, highly skilled OR nurse who can thrive in a fast‑paced surgical environment and deliver exceptional patient care.

• Function as a Circulating RN for surgical cases across various specialties.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain a sterile environment throughout procedures.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical teams.
• Conduct pre‑operative assessments and provide post‑operative support as needed.
• Manage OR documentation, equipment readiness, and case flow.
• Take on scheduled on‑call shifts in addition to regular daytime hours.

• Active RN license
• ACLS and PALS required
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience
• Must have a permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility (per travel requirement)
• All required certifications must be submitted at time of application — incomplete submissions will be automatically rejected.
