Overview
Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery in Bentonville, Arkansas. This contract assignment provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality care and support to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in labor, delivery, and postpartum
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being, responding promptly to changes
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and support physician-ordered interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and other members of the healthcare team
- Support and educate patients and families throughout the birthing process
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state, and federal care standards
- Active RN License (Nebraska or Compact Multi-State)
- BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications required
- Minimum of 1–2 years of recent L&D experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills
- Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)
