Job Description: Position: RN – Labor & Delivery / Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP)
Location:
Bentonville, AR Setting:
Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum
Schedule:
- 4x12s, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- 48 hours per week
- Night shift
- Phone screening required
Travel Pay Package: $3,187/week total
- Taxable Rate: $40/hour
- Housing Stipend: $791/week
- Meals & Incidentals Stipend: $476/week
Overview:
- Provide care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care
- Monitor maternal and fetal status and identify complications promptly
- Coordinate patient and newborn care utilizing the nursing process
- Provide patient education and emotional support during childbirth and recovery
- Assist in the transition from labor and delivery to maternal-child care
- LDRP experience is required
Additional Details:
- Charting:
Cerner - 5 openings available
- No defined cancellation policy
- Phone screening required prior to offer
- 13-week assignment with night shifts
Requirements:
- Active RN License
- LDRP experience required
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- NRP Certification
- Fetal Monitoring Certification
- Labor & Delivery experience within the last 3 years preferred
- RNC-OB certification preferred
