Lab Technician

Staffmark is seeking a Lab Technician to join our client's team in Bentonville! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and enjoys hands‑on work that directly supports product testing and quality assurance.

Pay: $15.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2 PM - 10:30 PM

As a Lab Technician, you'll play a key role in managing samples, performing tests, and ensuring accurate documentation of results.

• Sample Management:
  Receive, label, and store samples safely, following strict handling and storage protocols
• Testing & Analysis:
  Identify and perform the necessary tests on samples, adhering to established lab procedures
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Accurately record test results and maintain organized records; report findings to appropriate personnel
• Equipment & Records:
  Maintain logs for equipment use and upkeep, and ensure all records comply with lab standards and safety regulations

• 6+ months of experience in a lab technician role
• Familiarity with lab testing methods, equipment, and safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures
• Ability to operate lab instruments and tools with accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
