Walmart Item Setup Specialist – Bentonville, AR (Onsite Monday–Thursday, Remote Fridays)
Full‑time, 40 hours/week, 9 AM–5 PM. 3‑Month contract with potential extension.
OverviewOur top fashion/retail client is seeking a Walmart Item Setup Specialist to support private label accounts during the busy season. This role is critical to ensuring accurate item setup and data entry in Retail Link, driving category performance, and supporting growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Item setup for both in‑store and online channels using Retail Link and internal systems
- Mod proofing and UPC template management
- Sample coordination for stores and e‑commerce
- Data synchronization and spec sheet creation
- Running and analyzing reports in Retail Link
- Providing performance analytics across product categories
- Supporting merchandising processes and ensuring data accuracy
- Proven experience in item setup and Retail Link
- Retail Link proficiency, including report generation and analysis
- Strong knowledge of Walmart merchandising processes
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and forecasting abilities
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive
- Team player with problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
This is a W2 position.
