Overview
Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr this merchandising & stocking associate role supports Sam’s Club members by keeping products easy to find and neatly presented. Responsibilities may include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick-up orders, or helping members while stocking shelves. The work can be fast-paced and physically demanding, such as unloading trucks in the summer or stocking ice cream in freezers.
Whatyou'll do
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and product location.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness by conducting safety checks, following forklift procedures, handling hazardous materials safely, and reporting unsafe conditions.
- Keep the sales floor and displays organized, properly priced, and free of damaged items; rotate stock and ensure visibility of promotional merchandise.
- Monitor product quality, stock rotation, and sanitation; ensure proper display of seasonal and promotional items.
- Comply with policies and ethics standards and participate in process improvements as needed.
- Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with team members, and adapting to feedback and changes.
- Assist with club pick-up orders and staging to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
