We are seeking a detail‑driven and analytical Wal Mart Item Setup Specialist to support our private‑label business. The role is critical in ensuring product accuracy, visibility, and performance across in‑store and online channels, driving growth and profitability through flawless item setup and data alignment.

• Own the end‑to‑end Wal Mart item setup process for both stores and online, ensuring accuracy in Retail Link and internal systems.
• Manage and review mod proofing, UPC templates, and spec sheets to ensure complete and accurate data submission.
• Coordinate and track samples for store and online needs, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
• Oversee data sync activities to maintain alignment between internal systems and Wal Mart platforms.
• Run, interpret, and present Retail Link reports to identify product opportunities, performance trends, and data discrepancies.
• Provide actionable insights and support category growth through strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
• Communicate effectively with cross‑functional partners to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
• Maintain a high standard of data accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in all deliverables.

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in item setup, e‑commerce operations, or merchandising support;
  Wal Mart/Retail Link experience is required.
• Strong proficiency in Retail Link with the ability to run and analyze detailed reports.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) with strong data manipulation and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to work in a deadline‑driven, fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to make well‑supported recommendations.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, highly organized, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• This a hybrid role, with 4 days in our Bentonville, AR office.
