We’re looking for motivated, self‑driven sales professionals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission‑based opportunity with residual income, perfect for those who want to be in control of their time and income.
What You’ll Do- Go door‑to‑door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
- Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
- Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long‑term residuals.
- Work independently with full support and training.
- Uncapped commission – top reps earn $100K+ annually.
- Residual income – get paid monthly on your active accounts.
- Flexible schedule – be your own boss.

- Comfortable with face‑to‑face selling.

- Experienced in sales (door‑to‑door, merchant services, or similar preferred).

- Minimum 2 years of business‑to‑business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to self‑source leads through prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

fully remote, with eligible working rights and ability to be in the field of the team region.
